What we do
Patriot for Minorities NPC is a non profit company located in Pretoria, South Africa. We endeavour to protect the basic civil- and human rights of minority groups in South Africa. We do this to support people before the Human Rights Commission, in the equality court and in courts of law. We bring court applications where people’s basic human rights are trampled on. We are a non profit company and we plough back our funds to assist people who have supported us, and who’s basic human rights are disregarded. We receive our funding from donors who make once off payments or monthly contributions into our bank account.
Protect what is yours
Is your property safe? Is your bank account safe? Is your company safe? Section 25 of the RSA Constitution protects your ownership of property. At least, for now. Use it.
How we can assist you
Before you can protect your rights, it is important to KNOW your rights. In 27 separate articles in Chapter 2 of the Constitution of South Africa, your basic human rights are protected. Inter alia, it protects your human dignity, your life, your freedom and security of your person, your freedom of association, your political rights, citizenship and freedom of movement and residence, also your freedom of trade, occupation and profession. It deals with labour relations, the environment, your property, housing, health care, food, water, education, language and culture. Last, but not least, it deals with your rights when you are arrested, which is one of the rights that is often disregarded by the South African Police Service (SAPS). We are ready to assist you with solid legal advice and further assistance, should you suffer as a result of your human rights being disregarded or trampled upon.
